Some years back, Luc entered a Woodturning competition at a major woodworking show in the UK, his graceful and unique multi-axis work drew a lot of attention from the panel of Judges, so much so that he won the top prize for that event. The winning piece was purchased by the prestigious ‘Daniel’ collection.
In 2010, he has been selected as artist in residence for the International turning exchange in Philadelphia, since then, Luc’s has been exploring new ideas and working methods to ever expand his concepts. Several pieces were included in major US collections ( Fleur Bresler, Tim and Sheryl Kochman, Greg and Regina Rhoa, Joe Seltzer, …)
His attention to details is staggering.
